1. Body
The fuselage adopts a four-column structure, which consists of an upper beam, a slider, a workbench, a guide column, etc. The slider is equipped with a guide sleeve, and the four guide columns are used as the main frame to make the slider move up and down. The sliding block and the piston rod of the master cylinder are connected by flanges, and there are T-shaped grooves on the sliding block and the worktable for users to install the tool.
The column is made of 45# high-quality carbon steel, the surface is chrome-plated after intermediate frequency quenching, the hardness is above HRC45, the wear resistance is good, and the service life of the machine is prolonged.
2. Master cylinder
The main cylinder block is made of 45# forged steel, and the piston rod is made of 45# high-quality carbon steel. The surface is chrome-plated after intermediate frequency quenching. The hardness is above HRC45, and the wear resistance is good, which prolongs the service life of the machine. The cylinder block of the master cylinder is fixed in the upper beam by means of the shoulder of the cylinder mouth and the large lock nut. The lower end of the piston is connected with the sliding block by connecting flanges, bolts, and the material of the piston head is cast iron, which is used for guiding. The piston head has a YA-type sealing ring in the opposite direction, and an O-type sealing ring is installed on the piston rod. The cylinder is divided into two oil chambers. A guide sleeve is installed on the cylinder, and an O-type sealing ring is installed on the outer circle of the guide sleeve. The flange and bolt are locked to ensure the cylinder port is sealed. A dust ring is installed on the cylinder port flange to ensure the dustproof of the piston rod.
3. Limit device
The stroke limiting device is installed on the left side of the machine and is mainly used to control the stroke distance of the slider. It consists of pad iron, angle iron, induction block, travel switch and so on. The two pad irons are respectively fixed on the worktable and the upper beam to fix the angle iron, and a guide groove is arranged on the angle iron to control the travel of the slider by adjusting the distance of the travel switch.
4. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of energy conversion devices (pumps and cylinders), and energy delivery devices (fuel tanks, pipelines). With the help of the control of the electrical system, the slider is driven to complete various action cycles. The hydraulic system adopts a single-pump oil supply system, a large-flow cartridge valve, and an oil suction filter at the oil inlet of the pump to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system to ensure the normal operation of the oil circuit. There are oil temperature and oil level display, air filter and other devices in the system. The fuel tank is a steel plate welded structure, with a cleaning window on the side, and a screw plug for oil and sewage drainage at the bottom.

5. Electrical system
