This machine has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts button centralized control, which can realize three operation modes of adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range of the machine can be adjusted according to the process needs. And it can complete two process methods of constant pressure and fixed stroke molding. The process method of constant pressure molding has pressure holding and delay automatic return after pressing.

1 host

The host part consists of body, master cylinder, cooling system, and limit device.

2 body

4 oil pump motor group

5 hydraulic integrated control valve

The master cylinder lower chamber control block is provided with a two-stage anti-slide falling device and a safety valve. 6 filling valve
