2. During this period, hang the master cylinder and the upper beam into the column, block the piston of the master cylinder to prevent the piston from falling off and have an accident when the installation work is completed, tighten the nut, and then take the fastener.
3. According to the outline diagram, hydraulic theory diagram, electrical theory diagram, etc., connect the official road, circuit, stroke limit device, etc., and inject an appropriate amount of oil into the cleaning tank. The recommended oil amount is about 1200L.
4. Unscrew the oil valve of the pump, fill it with oil to eliminate the air in the pump, and loosen the handle of the pressure regulating valve (safety valve). So far, almost all the preparations for machine testing have been completed.
5. When the motor is powered on, its steering should meet the specifications. Otherwise, replace the power connector, start the motor officially, and let the oil level run without load.
6. Turn the switch to the “adjustment” position, press the button SB8, let the main piston move down, the piston head must be correctly inserted into the positioning hole of the slider, and then install the connecting nut between the piston and the slider, leaving 3 -5MM gap connection flange, adjust the pressure valve to increase the pressure in the master cylinder to 5MPa, and use a wrench to fix the connection nut in the pressure holding state.
7. Press the SB9 button to make the slider stroke backward, put the two pressure test plates on the workbench, the center of the plate is below the piston rod; the size of the test plate is F320*650 (MM), the top and bottom should be parallel, and the parallelism error Not less than 0.02/500MM, the plate should bear the pressure of more than 500T, then adjust the parallelism and verticality between the slider and the table, and finally fix the upper beam and tighten the nut.
8. Test under loading conditions, refer to the hydraulic theory diagram, adjust the pressure of the rear valve until the slider does not slide at any position, and pay attention to the pressure not too large. When the pressure of the upper chamber of the master cylinder is less than 1MPa, it will drop the most slowly. The pressure range is controlled between 5MPa-25MPa, that is, it is divided into three times from 80T to 500T.
